30 Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If something doesn’t fit, doesn’t feel right, or arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed

  • Tech items must include all accessories

  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible unless defective

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund after reviewing the issue.

Non - Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Digital products

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Certain tech accessories (if opened)

Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer easy exchanges within the 30‑day window.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
