Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.

If a package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local carrier or building management.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with you to replace the item or find a solution.
